Ori Porat Founder, HighLift Labs
Operations first. Code second.
Before I wrote code, I managed. Large operations and a lot of people. That is where I saw businesses get stuck: manual work and scattered data.
I bring experience in rolling out automation and in organizational knowledge and training. My military background added the ability to build advanced improvement and development programs.
Today I build what I was missing back then. First I listen, then I connect: people to processes, system to system, and a business to its data.
Getting a business through that change successfully is my profession.
